Squaring systems for wood, fiber cement, HDF, MDF, laminate, PET, chipboard, and plywood panels
The group designs both single machines and complete automatic/electronic production lines, consisting of squaring and profiling machines – single or double – capable of squaring, shaping, profiling, grooving, sanding and chamfering panels (chipboard, laminate, plywood, blockboard, hardwood, etc.), drawers, frames, garden furniture, kitchen surfaces.
Italwood Machinery machines are also used to process various materials other than wood, such as insulating panels (typically expanded polyurethanes) or various fiber cement compositions.
Our MACHINERY
SPLITTER
High production capacity machine (with speeds up to 50 m./minute), equipped with a high speed rolling type feed chain, capable of processing & cutting panels both lengthwise & crosswise. The ItalwoodMachinery splitter has an exceptionally sturdy structure hence highly reliable & is normally integrated in squaring-edging lines to increase productivity or used for narrow panel production lines. As an option it can machine blind grooves whilst cutting the panels at the time.
